A new townhouse development designed with the context in mind with an added touch of West-coast inspired contemporary flair. We converted the existing agricultural zoned land into multi-unit residential designation within the City of Hamilton. Using the existing material palette found in the surrounding neighborhood context, our choice of wood, brick, and siding allowed our design to fit in while standing out. Premium features includes oversized windows, 5 piece master ensuite, vaulted ceilings, oversized balconies, indoor/outdoor living spaces, and well sized and functional rooms.
Seamless Integration: Designing Contemporary Residences
