A tenacious leader with a passion in bringing great minds together on complex projects to push boundaries and innovate. Tatiana is highly focused on design research and management to foster the greatest outcome for her clients and team.
Tatiana co-founded Syllable Inc., a people centric design firm focused on forward thinking offices, and boutique retail. Her role is managing business strategy and operations, mentorship and driving excellence within the firm. She has worked with key clients as R-Hauz, Opencare, Achievers, Fuzz Wax Bar, and Idea Couture. In addition, she is also a Professor at Humber College teaching Professional Practices module about communication and business acumen to 3rd and 4th year students at Humber College.
She is passionate about the design profession and serves on the Board of Directors at Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO). Having an entrepreneurial spirit she is also involved with Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) as a EOA Learning Chair for the Accelerator events. With her downtime, Tatiana can be found in the Niagara Region tasting local wines, supporting Canadian slow fashion designers, and spending time with Syllable’s
Chief Happiness Officer, Leila the Eurasier.
Tatiana graduated from Humber College with a Bachelors of Interior Design, and a Masters of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons The New School of Design in NYC.

An award winning designer and licensed Architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA), Danny bridges creativity and pragmatism to ensure the success of his clients.
Danny co-founded Syllable Inc., a full-service architecture and interior design firm serving developers and entrepreneurs to create impactful spaces tailored to the end-users. His work has garnered Syllable recognition and accolades from leading publications including the Globe and Mail and Canadian Interiors Magazine (CIM). Within Syllable, Danny directs the strategic initiatives around design research, business development, and marketing.
Embedded within the architecture and design community, Danny contributes written pieces for the Urban Land Institute and CIM, where he also served as judge for the publication’s Best of Canada Awards. Additionally, he is currently on the OAA’s Practice Committee. When he isn’t designing offices, shops, and residences, Danny can be found cooking up a storm in his home kitchen.

Vasilisa is the backbone of Syllable focusing on finance and operations. Bringing over ten years of expertise from a variety of industries, including border security and construction. Vasilisa audits accounting data, makes sure all procedures are followed, and supports HR initiatives. She stays focused on Syllable’s financial goals and advises on improving internal systems.
During the tax season, Vasilisa volunteers to help people prepare, complete and file their income taxes.
In her free time, she can be found painting, studying vintage fashions, and exploring historical sites around Niagara Region.
Vasilisa holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Goodman School of Business and a Protection, Security & Investigation Diploma from Niagara College.

Kseniya is a passionate Senior Project Lead who leads project excellence at Syllable Inc. She meticulously manages teams to ensure the delivery of high quality designs that are on budget and on schedule, while building strong relationships with clients.
She is a registered Interior Designer with ARIDO and has been a speaker at design conferences. She is continually learning new trends and products in the industry that can be implemented. In her downtime, she can be found spending time with her family, friends, and loving dog Sophie.
Kseniya received her Bachelor of Interior Design from Ryerson University and attained her Introduction to Project Management Graduate Certificate from George Brown College.

Ramy is an award-winning designer and has been practicing architectural and interior design internationally since 2004. Throughout his 19 years of experience as a designer and manager, he provided creative and practical design solutions to 100+ projects in 8 countries around the world. Ramy is active with the Toronto Society of Architects and is a frequent jury member for design studios in the University of Toronto and Toronto Metropolitan University.
Ramy is a graduate of Ain Shams University, one of the most reputable universities in Egypt and the Middle East region. His Master’s dissertation explored the impact of nanotechnology on building technology and he furthered his research with a Ph.D. in 2016, focusing on the impact of nano-enhanced applications on the environmental design process. He has published 13 papers and taught architectural and interior design studios at the American University in Cairo, and the Arab Academy for Science and Technology.

Jordan contributes to the development of Interior Design & Architectural projects at Syllable. He is the office Revit guru and continually develops new systems to optimize project delivery.
In 2019, Jordan moved to Canada from France and has been enjoying a new lifestyle that is driven by his motivation to always evolve and gain new perspectives. Previously, he worked in the French Alps and served as a Junior Architect in an agency specialized in construction of residential and commercial spaces.
Jordan holds a Masters of Architecture from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Grenoble.

Danyon is an intern member of ARIDO and working towards his NCIDQ certification.
As a designer, he supports the team in producing drawings, putting together client presentations and creating design schemes. He is also a part of the marketing team and develops content for our social media channels.
He can be found exploring the vast nature surrounding Vancouver. Besides getting outside, in his free time Danyon enjoys hanging out with friends and finding new unique restaurants and bars around the city.

Elizabeth sees her mission as self-realization in the field of design, which has a global influence on society, culture, needs, and emotions. Her goal is to enhance people’s lives through design by creating comfortable, convenient, and visually pleasing spaces that allow individuals to express themselves. She considers function, construction, and aesthetics as essential design priorities.
In her work, Elizabeth focuses on rational planning, lighting, and materials with various colors and textures. These elements, when combined, contribute to the overall atmosphere she aims to create. She has experience in developing design concepts and collaborating with clients on projects involving private houses and apartments.
Currently, Liza specializes in interior solutions, working with materials, colors, lighting, and furniture selection in her company. She is also dedicated to improving her team’s skills in BIM design using Revit software. One of Elizabeth’s personal passions is “hygge,” the phenomenon of coziness and comfort that design can bring. She believes that color decisions can have a significant impact on individuals.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.

Erica is a born and raised Torontonian who is passionate to make her communities a better place to be. As project designer she strives to create clean and concise drawing packages, as well as infusing creativity and fun into the built environment. Erica is an enthusiastic team member with the initiative to maintain communicative and enjoyable relationships with everyone they work with.
Erica started expanding the depths of their imagination by graduating high school with a specialized visual arts diploma. She then went on to study in film, then finally pivoting to interior design where they attained a Bachelor’s in Interior Design at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson University). Her passion for sharing and bringing others up was exemplified in her experience as a Teaching Assistant for various classes during their studies. Post-University, Erica has had prior experience in different sectors of interior design such as retail, multi-unit residential and large to small scale offices.
Erica is an avid collector of coins and video games. She has coins and bills dating back to the early 1900s, and around 8 different game consoles with the games to go along with them.

My passion for sociology and the interiors world lead me to earning my BID, Bachelor of Interior Design from Humber College. Public speaking and mini presentations soon became second nature, hand in hand with my love for the natural world.
I made the conscious decision to join Interface in 2014 as an Interior Design and Architectural Account Executive, based in Toronto. In working in the A&D community I’m able to collaborate when writing specifications and preparing finishes schedules, engage our market segment specialists + Concept Design Team. My role also includes educating the great building community and my customers about our 4 pillars at Interface as part of our Climate Take Back initiative, Live Zero , Love Carbon, Let Nature Cool, and Lead the Industrial Re-Revolution. Additional roles & responsibilities include conducting product updates, lunch and learns, managing Interface specs and projects with my clients.
Ray Anderson started a movement in the building industry, and I’m happy to say my mission is share my love for interior design and to support manufacturers other verticals who have low-no carbon emissions.
