Dacoda Scott

Dacoda is a BIM Lead specialist who is an architecture graduate from the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism (Carleton University) and a technologist graduate from the Algonquin Centre for Construction Excellence. His diverse education in the architectural field allows him to follow his passion in life of synthesizing the artistic and engineering worlds through design. He has worked for some of the biggest architecture and engineering firms in Ontario, working on a variety of project types ranging from custom homes, condominiums, hotels, institutions and major infrastructural/transit projects for Metrolinx.
Dacoda loves to study the relationships and interconnectedness between culture, society, nature, philosophy, and our built environment. He believes that “living large” and exploring lifestyles outside of work influences and enrichens architecture and design. His philosophy keeps him busy on weekends, holidays and afterhours, making music, cocktails, working on mechanics, boating, snowboarding, camping, riding motorcycles, and travelling the world.
